What we clean
Post-construction cleaning, trade by trade
Six scopes that take a new build or a fit-out from the first sweep to handover. Take the one you need, or hand us the whole sequence before the handover date.
01 · Dust and debris
Construction dust & debris
Plaster dust settles into every reveal, socket and groove, and dry sweeping only puts it back in the air. We work from the ceiling down with HEPA extraction and damp wiping, and bag what we lift so the floor stays clear for the next pass.
- Ceilings, coves and cornices before anything below them
- Sills, skirtings, sockets and switch plates wiped, not flooded
- Bagged dust and offcuts from our own clean taken away

02 · Glass and frames
Windows, frames & tracks
Grit left in a sliding track scratches the anodised finish the first time the window is opened. We brush and vacuum the track, wipe the gasket, then clean the glass and both faces of the frame without dragging dirt back over either.
- Tracks, drainage slots and gaskets
- Both faces of the glass, frames and reveals
- Protective film and site stickers lifted without scraping the finish
03 · Floors
Floors: clean and polish
Screed, porcelain, timber and vinyl each take a different pad, dilution and machine speed. We test a small area out of sight first, then work in strips so the clean edge is visible as we go and nothing is missed behind the machine.
- Grout haze and cement film removed after the first wash
- Rotary polishing on hard floors, low moisture on timber
- Edges and corners finished by hand

04 · Residue
Paint, adhesive & sticker residue
Solvent is matched to the coating, not the other way round. We start with the mildest product that will lift the mark and stop as soon as the surface is clean, so the finish underneath survives the clean.
- Paint spots on frames, floors and door edges
- Adhesive and silicone haze on tiles and glass
- Protective film and manufacturer stickers removed cleanly
05 · Wet areas
Kitchens & bathrooms
Silicone haze, grout film and tapware take the longest because the surfaces are small and the fittings sit close together. Everything is wiped, dried and checked under raking light before the room is signed off.
- Inside cabinets, drawers and appliance housings
- Taps, wastes and shower screens descaled
- Extractors and filters degreased

06 · Handover
Final detail before handover
The last pass happens after the other trades have left, so nothing is undone by a later visit. We work room by room against a checklist and mark each one off before moving on.
- Skirtings, door tops, switch plates and handles
- Marks and fingerprints from the final walk-through
- Room-by-room check before we ask anyone to sign

Coverage and price
Priced per site, not per square metre on a card
Two sites of the same size are rarely the same job. The quote reflects floor area, property type, how much contamination there is, access and the programme you need us to hit.
We work on projects across Europe and quote in euros. Travel, access equipment and any accommodation are agreed in the quote rather than added later. If the scope changes on site, we stop and confirm the difference before doing the extra work.
Quotes are free and normally answered within one working day.
